                            Class Evaluation
1. Throughout the year I have learned many things on this class. I have improved my typing skills, i have had the opportunity to get invloved with programs such as Scratch and w3schools.
2. The one thing I did not like about this class was the fact that it focused a lot on guiding us on how to be a CTR person. I understand the idea of wanting to teach students how to live a successful life but i belive that, way too much time was taken away from our scheduled lesson.
3. Some recommendations i have for this class are to spend less time of the class on teaching how to become a CTR person since the believe of people is that this class will focus 100% on computers.
4. A highlight for me on this class was to learn how to use programs such as Scratch.
5. I belive i did not do my best at this class due to the fact that for a short period of time i did not come to school often, and i procrastinated.
6. I am reading my life planning Goals journal as often as i can to be able to keep my goals in mind and accomplish them.
7. Persoanlly i am committed to being a CTR person because i am on my way to being a senior and i want to take the right choices.
8.Something i learned from this class is how to use a computer to a more complex level instead of the basic browsing and playig games.
9. What i will always remember about this class is all the important lessons we were given.

The 12 principles of highly successful Leaders

1. Be true to character

2. Use your imagination

3. Apply the power of knowledge

4. Never give up
A good leader will guide people through all the problems, but a truly successful leader will never give up no matter what.  It will find the way to guide its followers through the roughest situations.

5. Find peace and balance
In order to find peace and balance many other lessons need to be learned first. Peace and balance are the reward of knowing you have chosen the right, and always take the right decision.

6. Live the Golden Rule
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
This rule has been tagged as golden for a reason, it is a rule that can change your life in a positive way. People will normally say or act the way others treat them. In order to be treated with respect and in a positive way, you need to do the same.

7. Build and maintain trust

Trust is something really hard to acquire because it is only given to those who have proven worthy of receiving it. Doing simple tasks as keeping a promise, and always telling the truth are ways to get someones trust. Trust is like a screw, it is what hold structures together, but once it is removed it can collapse. Being able to trust someone means being able to focus on your own job because you are aware that they are going to put everything from their part to accomplish the task. One example i have of trust is when my football companion and i would play every game, we had tremendous trust for each other because we both knew that in case one of us made a mistake the other one would be there to help out. We also did not have to worry because we would play at our top performance every game of season. That is an example of trust.

8. Quick to listen slow to wrath

When something bad happens people are always going to get involved, eventually everyone is going to tell their own version of the story, and that is what causes all the problems. The people that listen to what happened are going to make their own conclusion, and that is when a highly successful leader can be discovered. Those who listen to what happen and take their time to judge the person, or take action on the situation are highly successful leaders, but those who take action the moment they become aware of what happened will eventually do a mistake that is going to make the situation worst.

9. Lead with vision

It is easy to tell people what to do and call yourself a leader. The complicated part is to be an actual leader, not just have the tag. A great leader is someone who inspires others by being the example, and support the rest of the group when it is needed. A leader is capable of doing many other things other than helping out, a leader also builds and maintains the trust, and leaves by the golden rule.

10. Manage with a plan

Building a house takes a lot of work, it requires for many people to be leaders, trust is essential between everyone, keeping in mind to never give up, and using the power of knowledge is a key concept, but all this will have no meaning if there is no plan to make all this possible. To be able to build a solid and trustworthy building a good plan must be obtained first. This principle also applies on everyone's life, because things will never be accomplished with out a plan, it might be possible to become someone important but that importance is going to be unstable since no plan was fallowed and something could  have gone wrong during the building progress.

11. Do what matters most
Make sure to always do the important things first. There are things that can not be left aside because they are going to bring negative consequences such as loss of trust, people coming to you last, being left as the bad guy. It is extremely important to always attend important things first.

12. Be accountable
By being an accountable person, you are allowing for everyone to see that they can trust on you. Being accountable will open many doors and create many opportunities. Not everyone can be accountable since many let themseves be taken control of by lies and excuses.

The Ten Tips to being more Truthful
1. Make a commitment to tell the truth.
2. Tell someone about your commitment.

This two tips are similar because one connects to the other

3. Think before you give a dishonest answer, explanation, sarcasm, or reason.
In any argument someone is always going to get agitated and rude words are going to be mentioned, this will create even more dilemma between each other. That is why this quote has so much importance because it can prevent a bigger problem that can lead to irreversible actions.
4. Be careful of when and how you use exaggeration, sarcasm, or irony.
Using any of the previous three terms can result in a lot of problems because they can be used to be rude, make a lie even more credible, or make someone acquire the wrong idea about things. Sarcasm is a way to make people think something is going on when actually it is not.
5. Be careful not to twist the truth or leave out part of it.
Honesty is one of the most important virtues because it leads to trust, and once trust has been acquired it is something that can open many doors in someones life and future. It is hard to tell the truth because it can lead to negative consequences, but it is better to be honest not just with everyone but with yourself, because eventually a lie can be repeated so many times that it will become believable. Once the truth is covered by a lie it will he harder to uncover it once again. The right thing to do is to always be honest even if your voice shakes.

6. Don't indulge in little white lies
What people think is harmless or that it wont affect no one, it will eventually turn into a problem and affect not only the person that was told the lie but also the person who told the lie.
7. Watch out for silent lies.
It is easy to be fooled with a lie, and more since many people are really good at making up stuff and coming up with scenarios that are too vivid to not believe.
8. When you catch yourself lying, throw your mouth into reverse.
It is a good idea to stop a lie at the beginning because it can eventually get bigger and cause many more problems.
9. Talk to yourself
"Self-talk reflects your innermost feelings." -Asa Don Brown

There is no better person to talk with than yourself, you are the one person that understand the situation the best because you yourself were involved. It might be good to talk to other people at times but eventually you can never be safe from your secret spreading around due to that other person. By communicating with your inner self, it is possible to acquire inner peace, by talking to that inside voice all your feelings can be expressed and wonderful things can happen.
10.Treat yourself when you tell the truth.
"Be honest with yourself, and you will find the motivation to do what you advise others to do." -Vince Poscente

Being honest takes a lot of mental strength and determination to choose the right. Once this road of honesty and truthfulness is achieved great things are meant to happen. Many friends might have left your life but those few that stayed are going to be there for you no matter what, that is what being honest grants you.

                  Kahn Academy Internet 101
After completing the lesson plan from Kahn Academy i have acquired a lot of knowledge towards the function of computers,  i have learned that it is a extremely complex progress that is not only accurate but also really fast. Every bit of information is turned in to  a code which provides privacy to every user, and makes it more complicated for hackers to access.
